Well Taine, the results you see will reflect how much effort you put into the system made by Kyle. I don’t see a problem with doing the program at your age. In fact my health teacher in college recommended that kids start working out at age 12. It is a great muscle building program, and I think it would be a great help to achieving your goals (if you are trying to build lean muscle).

Hey, I’ve been working out for about 2 years. I managed to drop from 113kg to 86kg. But its really hard to lose the last few kg. I have a bf pencentage of 17%. I’m trying to reach 10% so I’ll be able to see my abs. I’m really into bodybuilding and I’m wondering if this program will help me lose weight and at the same time build more muscle. And the thing that I’m most worried is about is the diet plan. I live in Singapore and I’m wondering if the food recommended in the diet plan will be available in my supermart.

On the topic of the diet plan, I have never been to Singapore, so I don’t know what is available in your supermarkets, but I’m sure it is pretty similar to what we have here in the United States. Hi, I’m wondering if this program would work with the P90X program? I know it says that it can be customized to however a person may choose to use the program but I’m wondering if you’ve come across anybody joining the two programs together. My hopes were to use the two programs and not use the weight training portion of the Muscle Maximizer and substitute that with the P90X work outs. Thanks
