Alani Nu

Alani Nu is a wellness brand founded in 2018 by entrepreneur and influencer Katy Hearn, now Katy Schneider. The company, Alani Nutrition LLC, was built in Louisville, Kentucky, where it was operated by Congo Brands until Celsius Holdings, the maker of CELSIUS energy drinks, bought it in a deal announced in February 2025 and completed on April 1, 2025. Alani Nu now operates within Celsius, which is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.

Alani Nu is known for its low-calorie energy drinks, sold in a wide range of flavors and aimed mainly at women in the Gen Z and millennial age groups. The brand also sells pre-workout and other supplements, protein shakes and snacks. Its products are carried by retailers including Walmart, Target, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, Kroger stores and Costco, as well as Amazon and its own website. Under amended distribution agreements with Celsius in 2025, PepsiCo became the primary distributor of Alani Nu products in the U.S. and Canada.
