FR Scores and rankings reflect our editorial opinion, based on a synthesis of independent video reviews, analysis of published labels, specifications and third-party testing, and an assessment of value. We don't perform first-hand laboratory testing. Our content is opinion and information, not a guarantee of any product's quality, safety or results.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on the site is medical, nutritional or professional fitness advice, and it isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional before starting a supplement, diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have a medical condition or take medication. Purchases are transactions between you and the retailer, under the retailer's terms; we aren't responsible for orders, payments, shipping, returns, warranties or the products themselves.

4. Accuracy, pricing and availability

We work to keep information accurate, but manufacturers reformulate supplements and revise equipment, often without notice. Prices and availability change constantly, and any price shown on the site is an approximate snapshot from our last check, not a quote. Always read the product label and the retailer's listing before you buy. We don't warrant that the site's content is complete, accurate or current. If you spot an error, please let us know.

5. Third-party content and embedded videos

The site embeds and links to videos hosted on YouTube, TikTok and other platforms. Those videos are owned by their creators and are subject to the platforms' own terms and privacy policies. Featuring a video doesn't mean its creator endorses FitnessReviews.org, or that we endorse every statement in it. Creators who would like a video removed from our catalog can contact us.

The site also links to retailers, brands and other third-party websites that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices.

6. Our content and trademarks

The text, scores, rankings, graphics, logos and design of the site are owned by FitnessReviews.org or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, link to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish, sell or reproduce it at scale without written permission. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners, and we use them only to identify the products we cover.

7. Your submissions

When you send us a message, a correction, a product suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to improve the site, for example to correct a page or add a product, without owing you payment. We won't publish your name or personal details without your permission. Please don't send confidential information or material you don't want us to use.
