GHOST is a lifestyle sports nutrition brand founded in 2016 by Dan Lourenco and Ryan Hughes, who still lead the company as CEO and CMO. Its legal entity, Ghost, LLC, lists its address in Henderson, Nevada. Keurig Dr Pepper acquired a 60% controlling stake effective December 31, 2024, and has agreed to buy the remaining 40% in 2028.
GHOST sells supplements, including pre-workout, BCAA, whey protein, creatine, greens and hydration products, alongside GHOST Energy drinks, apparel and merchandise.
