Bloom Nutrition, co-founded by Mari Llewellyn, built its following on social media. Each 12 oz can of Bloom Sparkling Energy has 180 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee bean extract, 10 calories and zero sugar; the 7.5 oz minis have 100 mg. The formula adds L-theanine, Asian ginseng, taurine, galactomannan prebiotic fiber, lychee fruit and green tea extracts, apple cider vinegar and B vitamins, and it's sweetened with sucralose. Bloom says the drinks are vegan and gluten-free, with no artificial colors or flavors and no aspartame.
