Workout Energy
Pre-workouts and energy drinks, scored on dose transparency, caffeine content and value.
10 products · 2 categories
For most people, a pre-workout or energy drink works mainly through its caffeine, so the dose matters more than the marketing. Look for fully disclosed doses, a caffeine amount that suits your tolerance and the time of day, and third-party testing if you compete. Healthy adults are generally advised to keep total caffeine to about 400 mg a day, and some people should avoid stimulants altogether.
